Yamazaki (やまざき) is a first year student at Meian High School that was first featured in River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~. He miraculously gained special powers when he woke up one morning.

Yamazaki debuts in River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~ as a member of Meian High School's team and is able to be played outside of the story mode. Yamazaki is able to use Yamada no Jutsu.
River City Melee: Battle Royal Special[]
Yamazaki returns as a member of Meian High School's team and is involved in the story mode. Yamazaki is able to use the Art of Yamada and the Tame Punch.
River City Melee Mach!![]
Yamazaki's moveset would be changed to replace the Tame Punch with the Screw Bomb.
