Usuba (うすば) is a third year student at Kagemura Academy that was first featured in River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~. She is described as being severely near-sighted and extremely shy with there being a select few who ever heard her voice. Rumors spread around about her that she's very talkative at home. She often practices speaking by talking to her pet turtle at home.[1]
