Toyoizumi (とよいずみ) is a student at Hanazono High School that was first featured in Riki Densetsu.

During the second chapter, Toyoizumi will be seen waiting for Riki at the entrance to Hanazono High School where he offers to drive him where he needs to go so he can be apart of his crew without having to get into any fights. Riki accepts his offer and from this point on Toyoizumi will drive Riki from the school to the Shinjuku Station. In the final chapter, Toyoizumi is confronted by Maezawa who passes along a message for Riki requesting him to meet him in Ikebukuro. Toyoizumi later spots Riki and Wataru Sasaki outside and informs the two of what happened.

Toyoizumi is able to be talked to in Shinagawa and will introduce himself as one of Riki's friends.
