Tomorin debuts in River City Super Sports Challenge as the reporter for Arc TV and as the Master of Ceremonies for the tournament.

Tomorin returns as the reporter for Arc TV.
Tomorin first appears at the news station later in the game and brings up the excellent performance of Kunio's team. She attempts to conduct an interview with one of the players, though is unable to make a connection and decides to call the interview off. Tomorin later appears to announce the beginning of the World Hyper Cup and states that the location will be at the Tobioka Hyper Stadium in South Africa. Before the finals of the Hyper Cup, she will discuss them on TV and expresses her excitement in seeing who will be victorious. With the tournament completed, she will announce the winner on TV and congratulate them on their victory.
