Hayami (はやみ ), full name Takeshi Hayami (はやみ たけし ), is a second year student at Hayabusa Commercial High School who was first featured in Downtown Nekketsu March: Super-Awesome Field Day!. Information about him is kept unknown other than that he is described as being an oddball.[1]

Hayami debuts in Downtown Nekketsu March: Super-Awesome Field Day! as a member of the School Union team. In the Battle Royal minigame, he will have access to the Hurricane Crash.

In the localization Crash 'n the Boys: Street Challenge, Hayami is renamed to Miles "Milo" Smithfield and is now a member of Jefferson High School's team.

Hayami appears as a member of the Interschool Union team.
River City: Tokyo Rumble[]
Hayami appears alongside Jūzō Kumada in Shinjuku or Ikebukuro in a part-time job where they're being reported as bothersome with their training for an upcoming athletic meet. Upon defeating them, they will be unlocked for use in the Rumble gamemode.
In the international version of the game, Hayami is renamed to Rip.
River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~[]
Hayami appears as a member of the School Union team and can be played outside of the story mode. Hayami is able to use the Hurricane Crash.
River City Melee: Battle Royal Special[]
Hayami returns as a member of the School Union team and is involved in the story mode. Hayami is able to use the Overhead and the Hurricane Crash.
