Appearances[]
Kunio Appears[]
Tadokoro is first seen strolling the halls of Nekketsu High School with his crew and stops by the white gakuran to pray for continued peace. When asked by his boys about why he chooses to pray to the gakuran, he briefly explains the history of the white gakuran and that it was last worn by Nekketsu High School's banchō from twenty five years ago. He is then asked why he doesn't choose to wear it himself, to which he explains that whoever dons the uniform becomes the target for every school banchō within Japan. Tadokoro is then seen tricking Hiroshi into paying for a debt that he owed his father. After the fact Misako is seen getting angry with Tadokoro for his poor treatment of Hiroshi, though Tadokoro feels no shame in what he's done and only appears enthralled of Misako's presence. The two are interrupted as Kunio bumps into Tadokoro while wandering the school which angers him. Tadokoro attempts to intimidate Kunio by mentioning his status at the school, though Kunio continues to wander around as soon as Tadokoro looked away momentarily. Now fed up with Kunio's attitude, Tadokoro orders two of his men to attack Kunio as he looks away boasting about their strength. Shocked at the sight of his men being brutally beaten up, he orders his largest goon to attack Kunio and witnesses him be taken care of with ease. Now having a sense of how strong he is, Tadokoro gets ready to fight Kunio and predicts that he'll lose the fight, in which he is immediately kicked to the wall and back by Kunio. Tadokoro then watches in shock as Kunio breaks the glass sealing the white gakuran and puts the uniform on.
Later on Tadokoro is seen with his men looking for Kunio to offer him their services. Tadokoro would then realize that Kunio is completely unaware of the legend behind the white gakuran and explains the rules of wearing the uniform. After school Tadokoro follows Kunio home as he believes he cannot let his boss walk home alone. Kunio is then confronted by a wave of students attempting to pick a fight with him, though he handles them with ease and runs off to get something to eat. Tadokoro and his men then run after Kunio. Unsure of where he went, Tadokoro and his men are beaten up by other students who were also looking for Kunio. After eating Kunio steps outside witnessing the aftermath of the brawl and notices Riki as the only one left standing. Tadokoro informs Kunio of who Riki is and suggests that he's likely the strongest man in Tokyo. Riki challenges Kunio to a fight, though Kunio refuses to fight for needless reasons which leaves Tadokoro amazed that he's honoring the rules of the white gakuran. With Riki's persistence on wanting a fight, Kunio eventually accepts which Tadokoro overhears and notes it as being a dream match that became a reality.
Tadokoro, Hiroshi, and Misako arrive at the riverbank to watch the fight between Kunio and Riki. Tadokoro proceeds to watch the fight go down in it's entirety and doesn't leave overnight. Misako arrives on the following day and is shocked that the fight is still going on. Tadokoro then claims that Kunio and Riki only have energy for one more blow and that they'll both be their signature moves, the Mach Kick and Mach Punch respectively. Hiroshi is confused at what he meant, though Tadokoro describes their techniques to him as being faster than the speed of sound and continues to bleed from the inside due to witnessing something so marvelous. In a clash of their special techniques, Tadokoro is astonished that the power of their attacks went beyond the speed of light as he begins to hallucinate and remember moments from his past. Following the battle Kunio and Riki properly introduce themselves to each other, to which Tadokoro then attempts to bring himself into the conversation by giving his own introduction.
