Tōru (とおる) is a second year student at Hanazono High School who was first featured in Nekketsu Renegade Kunio-kun.

Tōru appears as one of Riki's lackeys on the first stage. In the Famicom version, Tōru will replace Akira and have a variant that is able to carry a stick.
Nekketsu High School Dodgeball Club[]
In the Famicom version of the game, Tōru appears as a member of Hanazono High School's team.
Super Dodgeball Brawlers[]
Tōru appears as a member of Hanazono High School's team.

- Wataru, a Hanazono High School student that debuted in Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun Special is meant to be an equivalent of Tōru by replacing him as a fleshed-out character.
