Snap is voiced by Matthew "Matt McMuscles" Kowalewski in English and remains uncredited in the Japanese dub.
Snap is seen at the Skeleton Market in Flatirons and will greet the protagonists when they enter for the first time. Upon talking to him, he introduces himself with the protagonists worried that he's going to continue talking the way he does during their whole conversation. Snap comments that he likes to bring a level of panache to his salesmanship, though agrees to tone it down. When asked what the place is about, he tells the group that it's a market selling things that would never be seen in a traditional market, though starts to doubt himself when the protagonists comment that the Pawn Shop in town sells a lot of weird items and likely have better prices. Snap then mentions that they were all forced to set up shop in the area after Blaire banished them in an inhumane manor. He details that Blaire stuffed his tarot cards into a T-shirt launcher and shot them across the woods, which he describes himself as feeling powerless without them. When the protagonists agree to help find the cards, Snap offers to give them a big smile upon finding them all.
Upon finding his tarot cards across the city, Snap will thank the protagonists and hands them two hundred dollars and the Wolf Locket reassuring the smile was only a bonus after angrily hinting that they don't want to just be given a big smile.
