Chef is a character who was first featured in River City Girls. He is the chef seen at River City Highschool.

Misako and Kyōko are able to find the chef inside of the school's kitchen as part of a side quest upon beating Misuzu. Misako requests the chef to move the trash blocking the door so they're able to leave, though is instead insulted after the chef refers to both her and Kyoko as being heavy. The chef goes onto further explain his joke to the dismay of the girls and is asked once again if he's able to move the trash. The chef responds that he can't at the moment because he needs to finish cooking for the lunch rush, but he agrees to move the garbage if the girls find his ingredients. Misako agrees to look for them and the chef lists off the three ingredients he currently needs.
Upon returning with his ingredients, the chef thanks the girls and asks them to stay and try his special goulash, though his offer is declined by the girls. He lets the girls go and snarkily reveals that he's moved the trash long before they returned.
River City Girls 2[]
Chef appears as a clerk at T-Rex Mex in Technos. He is voiced by Patrick Seitz in English and remains uncredited in the Japanese dub.
