Nagatsuka (永塚), full name Satoshi Nagatsuka (ながつか さとし), is a second year student at Sakajuku Commercial High School that was first featured in River City: Rival Showdown. He's a regular studious kid that manages to get wrapped up in delinquent affairs from his school. He is an old middle school acquaintance of Tadashi Kinoshita who he has since grown afraid of. Nagatsuka is always seen with an ad for the Tiger Gym in his bag.

River City: Rival Showdown is a remake of Downtown Nekketsu Story. The game takes place before River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~.
In the story mode, Kunio will be able to talk to Nagatsuka on the first day where he will initially appear scared thinking he's being shaken down for money. Kunio asks Nagatsuka to calm down which puts him at ease as he begins to start talking about how things have been getting crazier in town. Nagatsuka recognizes Kunio as being one of the toughest on the street and asks if he's aware of Reihō Academy's plan on taking over all the schools in the area. Kunio responds that he's aware of the situation and that he plans on doing something about it, though Nagatsuka suggests to not cross Reihō and warns him of their strength. He states that ever since Ryūichi and Ryūji Hattori transferred, the school has become aggressive and that he's been hearing plenty of stories from a friend that goes to the school. Nagatsuka warns Kunio to keep a watch out for Kinoshita though leaves in a panic because he doesn't believe he should be talking about what's currently happening in public.
River City Saga: Three Kingdoms[]
Nagatsuka plays the role of Han Zhong, one of the heads in the Yellow Turbans.
In the story mode, Han Zhong is seen in the first chapter as a mini-boss inside of the Yellow Turban's hideout in Handan.
