River City: Knights of Justice[]
Reika plays the role of Princess Reika, a princess who had lost her memory and is being targeted by the Imperial Army.
After Sanju's defeat to Cooney Valford after the former had mistaken him for being a member of the Imperial Army, Reika arrives to check on Sanju and ask if he is wounded. Sanju asks why she's outside and reminds her that she cannot give out her whereabouts. He takes her and Cooney inside his house and introduces himself to Cooney before giving him an explanation about Reika's situation. Sanju informs Cooney that the Kingdom of Nazfard lies ahead and that there are rumors spreading around of it's castle being under attack from the Imperial Army which puts their village and Reika in danger. He then asks Cooney to check what's happening in Nazfard in his stead as he asks an acquaintance to take Reika someplace safe.
Following Taira's defeat, Fugu brings out a captured Reika as Taira reveals the Imperial Army's true intentions were to track down the princess. Sanju intercepts and rescues Reika by defeating Fugu which causes Taira to flee. He passes away shortly after due to his wounds. Feeling that there's no time to be mourning, she thanks Sanju and Cooney for what they've done and vows to restore peace to the land. Later after the confrontation against Ricky Break, Reika will mention how she misses Sanju and how his home is a special place to her as he was the first person to give her peace after she left the castle. She then senses that the time is right for Cooney to defeat the adversary and hands him the Key to the Heavens where she explains that it was what she used to come from her own world. Reika reveals that she and the emperor are not from their world and that the latter possesses a dark power that greatly exceeds what their world can withstand. Believing that Cooney is the only one who can defeat him, Reika temporarily joins the party as they depart for Leyhollow.
At the Leyhollow Castle, Reika uses her power to unseal the gate and states that the Imperial Army is waiting for them inside and that a dragon awaits them on the top floor. After defeating the dragon, Reika transports Cooney to the mystical plane that Yamada awaits him in. Upon defeating Yamada, Reika thanks Cooney for his deed and heads back to Neidard Castle where they meet with King Todd.

When Nekketsu High School wins the semi-finals, Reika comments that they've gotten stronger since the practice match and that she should no longer underestimate them. During the ending of the game, Onizuka rushes to Reika and Kobayashi to ask where Mamoru Tōdō has went, though Reika asks Onizuka to relax as the tournament has ended.
