Provie (プルーヴィ) is a character that was first featured in River City Ransom: Underground. She is a member of The Flock and is a student at River City High.

Provie debuts in River City Ransom: Underground as one of the playable characters available by default. She uses a breakdancing fighting style.
River City Girls 2[]
In this continuity, Provie is re-imagined as a popular social media influencer known for her dancing. She is voiced by Destiny Parker in English and Akari Kito in the Japanese dub.
Before the events of the story, Provie is at the arcade with Chris setting a two player top score on a dance game until Ken and his goons showed up. From this point, Provie has been unable to find Chris and went after Ken suspecting that he was responsible for her disappearance.
Provie first appears in Uptown where she goes to Wes' club to look for Ken who is currently partying there. Provie fights her way through Ken's goons and eventually runs into the protagonists under the assumption that they're also apart of the yakuza. The protagonists attempt to cool things down and explain that they are fighting against the yakuza, though Provie doesn't believe them and starts a fight anyways. Upon being defeated, Provie realizes from their fighting style that they don't have any relation to the yakuza and introduces herself. Misako asks what Provie's currently doing at the club, to which she explains her search for Chris and strikes a mean look at Misako and Kyoko when she mentions that she was about to beat information out of him until the group made him leave when they showed up. Misako and Kyoko apologize, though Provie shrugs it off and states that she doesn't mind continuing her search for a while longer as she's already gone on a chase across town for the past week. Kyoko offers to help search for Chris, though Provie believes they won't be of much use to her.
The protagonists then notice that embarrassing photos of themselves were posted online with Provie explaining that it's coming from the social media crew in Technos. She explains that ever since Tsuiko took over the area, people's accounts have been getting hacked to post embarrassing information to have them stay quiet. Provie mentions that she wasn't sure if it was related to Ken and Chris, but planned on going there next anyways as they hacked her account earlier in the morning. The protagonists offer their help again to find Chris, to which Provie reluctantly accepts as she getting things done alone. From this point, Provie joins the group as a playable character.
Outside of the entrance of Technos, Jack notices Provie and goes on in excitement about how he's a huge fan of her. Using her status, Provie convinces Jack to let themselves inside of the building.

- While the text is quite blurry, based on the yearbook in River City Ransom Underground, her surname is likely "Dupree".
