Primo (プリモ) is one of the bosses featured in River City Girls 2. He is a renowned chef who is the host of his own cooking show "Primo Delights" and the owner of a high-class restaurant.

Primo is voiced by Alejandro Saab in English and Hiroya Egashira in the Japanese dub.
Primo is first mentioned by Akane Kōzuki in Ocean Heights where she tells the protagonists that he's recently been hired by Sabu and that he may be a way into the Sanwakai Tower. The group is later ordered by Sabuko to get convincing disguises of Blaire and Tsuiko from Hibari in order to get inside of Primo's restaurant.
Once on the set of Primo's cooking show, Primo plays into the protagonists attempt of impersonating Blaire and Tsuiko though shortly after reveals that he's well aware they're not them. Primo goes on to state that the group smells nothing like the two and insults them by noting that they smell like street trash instead. He agrees to challenge the group to a fight for his emblem live on television. Upon being defeated, he willingly hands his emblem to the group though reveals that they'll need a fourth emblem in order to get inside of the Sanwakai Tower. He warns that he's recently sent a special dish to River City High School that will turn any students who eat it into mindless servants for Sabu. Before the protagonists leave, Primo asks that they remember to tune into his show as he's been having a recent decline in viewership.
