Appearances[]
Riki Densetsu[]
Riki Densetsu is a prequel to the events of Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun Special, a remake of the original Nekketsu Renegade Kunio-kun that acts as a reboot starting from a new continuity.
During the end of the second chapter, Okada is seen outside of the Shinjuku Station with his men and is acting as a disturbance as they're riding around on their motorcycles creating a lot of noise. He spots two Hanazono High School students that have arrived and attempts to extort one for money, though the student asks where he's from which angers him. Okada then orders his men to attack the student. After seeing his men get defeated, Okada vows to get back at the student and retreats. He would later learn that this student's name was Riki.
In the third chapter, Okada sends out his men to look for Riki while another group is ordered to attack Hanazono High School. As Riki defends his school, Okada and his goons head into Kabukicho to launch an attack there. He is later seen inside of the arcade waiting for the raid on Hanazono to be over, though one of his men arrive to inform him that Riki is outside waiting for him. Okada steps into the alleyway and fights Riki with the help of his men, though they are ultimately defeated. He decides to put an end to the fight and attempts to make an escape, though he accidentally bumps into Misuzu who happened to be passing by and is knocked to the ground. Okada calls her big which enrages her as she picks him up and repeatedly slaps him. After she leaves, Okada gets back up and is hit by an uppercut from Riki.
On the final chapter, Okada meets with some of his goons outside of a steakhouse and vows to beat Riki. One of his subordinates ask if he still plans on fighting him, in which he snaps back at them and assures that he will still be doing so. Another subordinate argues that they were beaten pretty badly and that it'd be bad if Maezawa found out, though Okada states that he'll crush Riki before he is able to find out. Maezawa overhears this and demands Okada to tell him what he's hiding from him. After being informed of the situation, Okada suggests that they need to instill fear of the Mushamonzen into Hanazono High School, to which Maezawa states that he'll swing by and proceeds to beat up Okada for his failure. During the finale of the game, Okada is seen waiting on the highway for Riki and blames him for ruining his life as he mentions that he had been kicked out of the Mushamonzen. A fight then ensues between the two. Upon being defeated, Okada believes his life to be over and warns Riki of Maezawa's strength.
River City: Tokyo Rumble[]
Okada appears as part of a part-time job where he challenged an unnamed person to a fight, though because they're terrified of him, they instead filled out a job request for someone else to fight him in their place. Upon beating him in a fight at the vacant lot in Ikebukuro, he will be unlocked for use in the Rumble and Dodgeball gamemode.
River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~[]
Okada appears as a character unlocked from winning a game with Riki as the captain and Wataru Sasaki as the vice-captain in free battle. Okada is able to use the Human Drill.
