No. 35 (35号) is a minor antagonist featured in Stay Cool, Kobayashi-san!: A River City Ransom Story. He is a leader of the evil organization and is described as being harsh and arrogant. He loves to fight and is able to do so at an incredible speed. He holds a hatred towards the present day's youth.

No. 35 will first appear upon defeating thirty of the blue fighters and will briefly introduce himself before starting to fight. Upon being defeated, he mentions that he wasn't expecting to use all his strength in such an old time period.
