No. 12 (12号) is a minor antagonist featured in Stay Cool, Kobayashi-san!: A River City Ransom Story. He is a leader of the evil organization and is a former member of the Time Continuum Special Forces. He is described as being passionate and prefers to fight fair.
Background[]
No. 12 will first appear upon defeating the thirty of the red fighters and will fight Kobayashi believing that he was lead there by fate. Upon being defeated, No. 12 admits that he was deceived by the evil organization and became what he is today because of them, though is glad that his fighting spirit hasn't changed. He asks Kobayashi to prevent the organization's plans from becoming a reality.
