Moose is a localized version of Sawaguchi first appearing in the North American & European versions of Downtown Nekketsu Story. In this continuity, Moose is an underling of Rocko who is described as being weak.

River City Ransom[]
Moose debuted in the localization of Downtown Nekketsu Story as the replacement for Sawaguchi.
Moose is first seen at the Sticksville construction site where he attempts to stop Alex and Ryan from passing through under Rocko's orders. Upon being defeated, he begs the two to stop hurting him. When Rocko is later confronted, he appears surprised that Alex and Ryan were able to get past Moose.
River City Ransom EX[]
Moose replaces Sawaguchi in the localization of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari EX. Although the name was changed, Moose's sprite remained unchanged from Sawaguchi.
River City: Rival Showdown[]
Moose appears in the English version of River City: Rival Showdown's Double Dragon Duel gamemode as a playable character unlocked by default.
River City Ransom: Underground[]
In the present day, Moose is briefly mentioned by Rocko after he is caught by the protagonists and is said to have skipped town.
