Minori (ミノリ), full name Minori Yamagami (やまがみ みのり), is a supporting character that was first featured in River City: Rival Showdown. She is the undisputed queen of Three Castle and is the twin sister of Makoto Yamagami. She loves to listen to others talk which has quickly made her the most popular hostess among the clients at work. Growing up as an orphan at a young age has lead her to gain mental and physical strength behind her demure appearance.

In the story mode, Minori is first able to be seen shopping on Kotobuki Road and can be talked to.
When playing on the true ending, Minori will meet Kunio at Three Castle on the third day. Kunio was expecting to see Mika Sakagami, though Minori informs him that Mika has decided to quit her job as a hostess after her injuries as she believed the dangerous people who had her in their sights were getting out of hand. Minori talks to Kunio about Makoto and states that she believes something in specific must've triggered his rage. She asks Kunio if Mika has said anything about Makoto, to which he responds that she mentioned Makoto and Taiki Yamada's previous friendship. Minori instantly comes to the conclusion that the mention of Yamada was the cause and explains that the two of them used to go on a rampage on Kotobuki Road with no one being able to stop them. She states that Yamada gradually become a lot more like Makoto and eventually turned his back on him when he surpassed him in strength. Yamada would brainwash Makoto into never coming back, but he has since recovered and returned with a grudge against Yamada. Minori explains that Makoto remembered Mika's face and that it reminded him of Yamada, though the two's conversation would be interrupted by Rina Deguchi who comes rushing into the building.
Makoto walks in after Rina and grabs her by the neck with Kunio confused on who he is. Minori appears distraught and blurts out Makoto's name, which confirms his identity to Kunio. Makoto gets ready to punch Rina in the face, though Kunio frees her from his grasp and hands her to Minori. Kunio asks the two to leave before he begins his fight against Makoto. Upon being defeated, Minori returns to comfort Makoto and apologizes to Kunio telling him that she'll take Makoto to the hospital. Before leaving, Minori asks Kunio to meet her later at Starpark Café so she can thank him for personally. At Starpark Café, Minori thanks Kunio again for saving Rina and stopping Makoto. She reveals to Kunio that Makoto is her twin brother and that he must've returned because he remembered Yamada. She goes onto explain that Makoto once told her Yamada's reason for fighting was because he had unfinished business with the two coming to the conclusion that he was referring to Kunio himself. Kunio gets ready to leave but Minori stops him and gives him a kiss before he heads out.
