Mikoto (みこと) is a recurring character that was first featured in Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun Special. He is a member of Blue Emperor.

Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun Special[]
Mikoto is first seen during the beginning of chapter two where he informs Shinji of Riki's defeat after hearing the story from Yūya. Mikoto later appears at Nekketsu High School's entrance on his motorcycle after Kunio defeats a group of Blue Emperor members. He briefly introduces himself and lures Kunio out into a motorcycle chase onto the highway, though Kunio eventually catches up to him and kicks him off of his bike. The two then face off against each other where Mikoto is quickly defeated. Kunio then demands Mikoto to tell him his boss' whereabouts, to which Mikoto eventually cracks and informs Kunio that Shinji is in Yokosuka.
Riki Densetsu[]
During the final chapter, Mikoto witnesses Maezawa make his move on the Blue Emperor turf in Yokosuka and is ordered by Shinji to find Riki and to have him go into hiding. Mikoto appears hesitant to let Shinji fight Maezawa and his men alone, though Shinji orders him to leave once more. Mikoto is then spotted by Riki and Wataru Sasaki knocked out on the ground after he had been beaten up by a group of Mushamonzen members. He gets up after Riki clears them out and informs him of the situation. Mikoto then gets ready to head back to Yokosuka to help Shinji, though Riki refuses to let him go and decides to head over there himself. While Mikoto is initially reluctant on letting Riki go, he is eventually convinced. From this point on, talking to Mikoto will have Riki take his bike to Yokosuka.
