River City: Rival Showdown[]
Prior to the main events of the story, Mika is frequently visited by Kiyofumi Taira and is eventually asked if she'd like to help him prank someone, to which she agrees though doesn't realize Taira was planning on using this as a ploy for something more malicious.
On the first day, Mika will be waiting for Kunio near Nekketsu High School dressed as a Reihō Academy student and ask him to be her boyfriend. This leaves Kunio in shock and completely confused, though the two are interrupted by Taira's masked goons. Mika begins to panic during the fight as she wasn't expecting there to be any fighting. Kunio asks his goons to back off as they it's not right to fight with any girls nearby, though the masked men don't back off and begin to tease Kunio. If Kunio chooses to let them go, the masked men will take a photo and hold onto the situation as blackmail with Mika apologizing before she leaves. If Kunio chooses to fight, Mika will get hit in the face by one of the masked men if he takes too long in the fight and will get angry with Kunio, which leaves him in distraught. Upon successfully beating the masked men, Mika will compliment Kunio on looking cool while he was fighting and run off.
During the second day, Kunio goes to Three Castle to talk to Rina Deguchi at the request of Akira Shinoda. Upon being seated, Mika comes to his table and informs him that Rina is currently busy and asks if he'd like to talk to her instead. Kunio comments that Mika looks familiar which causes her to start getting worried as she tries to downplay his comments. Kunio then recognizes her as the Reihō student he met yesterday, to which she drops the act and apologizes for what she did. She goes to explain that she was hired for a gig by Taira and attempts to change the topic by complimenting his looks and asking if he'd actually like to go out on a date. Kunio reaffirms that he's more interested in hearing about what Taira had her do which makes her upset but she agrees to talk anyway. Mika is called out before she gets a chance to explain as Rika has become available. Kunio later returns to talk to Mika again where she explains how she met Taira and how he tricked her into getting on board with his scheme. Kunio asks where Taira got all his money, to which Mika states that she isn't totally sure but recalls him mentioning something about selling party tickets. She goes onto explain how the party tickets are a scam that Taira is running and how it may expand nationwide with Reihō's ambitions on taking over the other high schools in Japan. Their time runs out and Mika is called out once again where she appears upset that they weren't able to have more of a fun conversation. Kunio thanks her for giving him the information and tells her that he'll come by another time which excites her.
On the true ending, Mika will ask Susumu Godai on the third day to pass a message to Kunio requesting to meet her at the arcade. At the arcade, she is seen playing a crane game and demands Kunio to pay back the yen she spent for making her lose. After winning her prize, she mentioned that because Kunio wanted to know more about Reihō Academy it jogged her mind about Makoto Yamagami who used to lurk Kotobuki Road. She states that she's talked to him multiple times before and that he used to hang out with a kid from the school that she's unable to remember the name of. Mika apologizes for the details being so vague and leaves as she has to get ready for work. Later at night, Mika would remember Taiki Yamada as the kid who Makoto used to hang out with and would ask Makoto what Yamada has been up to upon seeing him. This enraged Makoto with Mika attempting to make an escape, though she would end up beaten outside of Three Castle. Kunio walks onto Kotobuki Road to see her lying on the ground and rushes to check in on her. Mika tells Kunio that the kid Makoto used to hang out with was Yamada and warns him of Makoto's strength before being admitted to the hospital. Kunio later goes to see Mika at Three Castle, though Minori Yamagami comes out instead to inform Kunio that she's decided to quit her job as the people in her sights were getting too dangerous.
