Appearances[]
Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun: Bangai Rantō Hen[]
Mihoko makes her debut appearance during the intro of Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun: Bangai Rantō Hen where she is spotted by a lovestruck Yūji and is almost taken by him, though manages to escape with the help of Hiroshi.
River City Girls[]
Mihoko will spot Misako and Kyoko in Ocean Heights while they're looking to get onto Noize's yacht to the dismay of the two. She is voiced by Xanthe Huynh.
After the two girls awkwardly say hello, Kyoko disinterestedly asks what she's currently doing, to which she replies that she's currently walking her dog and asks the two to guess the dog's name. Misako rudely replies with the name "Garbage Face" and shocks Mihoko, though she corrects her stating that her dog's actual name is Molly McMuffins. Kyoko sarcastically complements her dog and Mihoko goes on to explain that she's ran into Noize walking her dog on the beach the day prior. Kyoko asks Mihoko if she caught the dog's name, to which she replies yes and begins to ask if the two are headed to the fair, though is interrupted by Misako who angrily asks for the dog's name. Mihoko responds that Noize's dog is named DAWG and the two girls leave now knowing the information they wanted.
River City Girls 2[]
Mihoko is first able to be seen in Uptown at the cat café as part of a side quest. Xanthe Huynh returns as her English voice actor and is voiced by Rika Tachibana in the Japanese dub.
Mihoko spots the protagonists and is asked what happened to Molly, to where she responds that she had bad behavior so they had to get rid of her. The protagonists assume she's put the dog down, though she is quick to correct them and state that all she did was give Molly to her sister as part of a broader life change. Mihoko then explains that she's into cats now and is the reason why she's at the café, though is upset that all the cats have escaped. Mihoko will ask the group if they'll be able to help round them up, to which they reluctantly agree.
Near the end of the game when Sabuko straps bombs to the protagonist's friends as a way to keep them away from her and the Sanwakai, Mihoko will be seen tied up at the pawn shop in Uptown. Mihoko pleads for the protagonists to help her and originally they think of skipping her, though end up deciding to save her instead. Mihoko goes onto explain that her "turning her back" on dogs was a mistake and that she deserved what happened to her because of it, though is informed by the protagonists that the bomb was taken off a few minutes ago.
