Megumi (めぐみ) is a character that was first featured in Riki Densetsu. She is the principal of Hanazono High School.

Riki Densetsu[]
Riki Densetsu is a prequel to the events of Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun Special, a remake of the original Nekketsu Renegade Kunio-kun that acts as a reboot starting from a new continuity.
Following Riki's arrest after he had protected his soccer teammates from further harm, the story gains lots of traction and Hanazono High School begins to receive a lot of unwanted attention. Megumi and Gonda confront Riki about this in her office and assures that although she's aware of the reason why he acted in the way he did, the attention the school is receiving has forced her to punish him. She then breaks the news to Riki that he'll have to repeat his senior year. In the third chapter, Megumi has Riki come to her office and mentions the fight that he got into with the Mushamonzen the other day. She explains that she was already aware that the group was being a disturbance and that Riki only cleared them out, though expresses that him getting into a fight is still nothing to be proud about and asks him to talk things out next time rather than resorting to violence.

Megumi appears in Shinagawa and upon being talked to will ask Kunio if he's a friend of Riki before wishing him well. If spoken to before leaving for Hong Kong, she will ask Kunio to not get hurt.
