Matagawa Industrial High School (又川工業高校) is a minor recurring institution that was first featured in Downtown Nekketsu Story. Many of the students are dedicated to mastering craftsmanship and will often work in teams on school projects.
The uniform color is brown.

The school's banchō, Junjiro Shinozuka, follows orders from Reihō Academy though pretends to not be involved with them and refuses to acknowledge their poor reputation. The students appear as enemies and are highly aggressive.
Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari EX[]
Junjiro was defeated in an ambush from Ryūichi and Ryūji Hattori and has disappeared afterwards. Due to the school no longer having a leader, it gets put under Reihō Academy's control. The students appear as enemies like how they did in Downtown Nekketsu Story.
River City: Rival Showdown[]
The school serves the same purpose as it did in Downtown Nekketsu Story.
