Fukushima (ふくしま), full name Kentaro Fukushima (ふくしま けんたろう) is a physical education teacher at Hanazono High School that was featured in Downtown River City Baseball Story ~Play Ball, Kunio!~. His students are often find him intimidating, though in actuality he cares about his students and is very understanding of delinquents. He is described as being crazy as he once threw out a strong-looking man who was loitering in-front of the school's entrance. In-between classes, Fukushima sometimes likes to sleep on campus in the shade under a tree.[1]

Fukushima debuts in Downtown River City Baseball Story ~Play Ball, Kunio!~ as the director of Hanazono High School's baseball team. He is able to be seen in the pause screen while playing as the team.
