Izu (伊豆市) is a city in Japan featured in Shin Nekketsu Kōha: Kunio-tachi no Banka. It is located within the Shizuoka Prefecture in the Chūbu region.
Background[]
During the events of Shin Nekketsu Kōha: Kunio-tachi no Banka, Sabu leaves with Ken to his villa in Izu after confronting Kunio and shooting Misako and Kyōko in Shinjuku. Takayama would inform Kunio and Riki about Sabu's whereabouts outside of the pachinko parlor and offers to lead them there while Mamoru took the girls to the hospital. After following Takayama to Sabu's villa, he leaves to go talk to the Department of Jurisdiction to get hard evidence for Sabu's arrest and asks Kunio and Riki to be careful. After clearing out the enemies waiting on the bridge, Ken burns the bridge down to prevent Kunio and Riki from going any further. The boys eventually end up in front of a cave entrance and use it as a way to get back up into the villa. Kunio and Riki then fight their way through the villa until they reach the room Sabu is hiding in which is guarded by Ken. After defeating Ken, Sabu kills him in disappointment before heading back into the room he was hiding in to activate the villa's self destruction device. Kunio and Riki chase after Sabu into the now burning room and ultimately defeat him. After escaping from the villa, the boys are then seen watching the villa burn from afar as Takayama comes to inform them of Misako and Kyōko's survival and that any of the fleeing Sanwakai members have been arrested. The group then head back to Tokyo.
