Morisawa has been undergoing difficult training in order to become a professional volleyball player and spots a poster announcing a beach volleyball tournament while she's out on a jog. The poster states "you too can feel like a pro", which inspires Morisawa to head to the meeting hall and enter the tournament. When she arrived, she ran into Momozono who was there to support Kunio, who was also participating in the tournament. Morisawa convinces Momozono to compete as a team in the tournament to fulfill their respective professional aspirations.
During their team's ending, Morisawa is glad that they've won the tournament and thinks she can finally get the attention of some recruiters, so she thanks Momozono for helping her achieve her goal. Momozono appears confused and embarrassingly admits to Morisawa that she believes that volleyball and beach volleyball are too different from each other, which leaves Morisawa in shock. Momozono further states that no recruiters actually came to the tournament, to which Morisawa begins to cry thinking her efforts were put to waste.
