Ginjishi (ぎんじし), real name Shirogane (しろがね), is a supporting character that was first featured in River City: Tokyo Rumble. He is the boss of the Kanagawa Crew of the Kanto Lion Alliance who is described as being a quick-thinker who's always able to think of a logical solution to a problem. He has a passion for motorcycles and was one of the founding members of Blue Emperor alongside Shinji.

In the story mode, Ginjishi first appears at Ikebukuro's vacant lot interrupting Kunio and Riki before they start fighting. Upon being asked by Riki for his identity, he reveals himself as the leader of the Kanagawa Crew in the Kanto Lion Alliance and that they're a crime syndicate who's already taken over the suburbs in the area and are now aiming to control Tokyo as a whole. Kunio gets ready to fight, though Ginjishi brings out Wataru Sasaki and Sakata to reveal them as his candidates for the leaders of the Tokyo Crew if they take out Kunio and Riki. Ginjishi is defeated in a fight and compliments Kunio and Riki's strength while also determining that Wataru and Sakata are no longer of any use to him. Ginjishi warns that the Alliance will be showing their true strength soon and leaves the lot.
Upon Majishi's defeat in Ueno, Ginjishi comes in on his bike to check on Majishi and gets ready to fight on his behalf, though ends up shocked seeing Shinji. Ginjishi states his disappointment in Shinji wanting to assist Kunio and Riki in taking down the Alliance and starts a fight with them. Upon being defeated, he compliments Shinji's strength but refuses to listen to his request to back out of the Alliance. Ginjishi warns the group that Benijishi is making her move on Shibuya and leaves the area.
After Benijishi's defeat in Shibuya, Shishiō steps in and gets ready to command his bodyguards to attack Riki and Shinji, though is interrupted Ginjishi as he asks him to leave the protagonists to him. Shishiō states he went himself because of Ginjishi's failure in dealing with them earlier and is upset that two of his crew bosses ended up beaten. Shishiō agrees to step back anyway with Ginjishi then informing the group that they'll need to take on Ukyō and Sakyō Azuma in Asakusa. Shinji questions why he's been telling them so much, though he doesn't answer and leaves the area.
Later in Akihabara, Shinji pleads with Ginjishi to leave the Alliance and return to Blue Emperor, though gets angry when Shinji asks if he's still hung up about what happened. Ginjishi claims that he only left because he was sick of hanging out with people who he deemed as weak and gets angrier when Kunio says that Shinji as a friend is only looking out for him. Ginjishi rejects Shinji as a friend which angers Kunio and leads to the two fighting one on one. Upon being defeated, the protagonists notice that Ginjishi still has an old hub on his bike that was from one of his friends that lost his life in a motorcycle accident. Shishiō walks in disappointed in Ginjishi's defeat and commands his goons to search for him and the protagonists.
During the finale in Hong Kong, Ginjishi rescues Madoka though ends up blocking a bullet for her as Sabu gets ready to shoot her. Once Sabu and Lee are defeated, Shinji wishes to bring Ginjishi to a doctor though he reveals that the hub cover he was carrying blocked the bullet from ever hitting him.

Ginjishi appears as a member of the Lion Association team and can be played outside of the story mode. Ginjishi is able to use the Giant Swing and Nitro Attack.

Ginjishi returns as a member of the Lion Alliance team and is involved in the story mode. Ginjishi is able to use the Aura Punch and the Nitro Attack.

Ginjishi plays the role of King Duosi.
King Duosi is first seen during the fourth chapter talking to Dong Tu Na (Ukyō) and Ahui Nan (Sakyō) about their fight against the Shu. He informs the two that Meng Huo (Sakata) was the one who supposedly started the rebellion by going around the border giving himself the title of the king of Nanzhong. He believes that it was a scheme thought up by the Wei and that they are paying him to cause all the trouble for the Shu. When asked by the twins on what they should do next, King Duosi admits that he doesn't want the Shu marching through Nanzhong either and decides that he'll send out word to the rest of the Lion Association to go all out on driving out the Shu. Using his creation, the Nanzhong Hotline, he calls Zhurong (Benijishi) to inform her of the current situation.
King Duosi is later seen in Yeyu where he awaits the Shu to fall into his poisonous trap. Guan Yu (Kunio) and Wei Yan (Kumada) attempt to face off against him, though their throats begin to hurt during the battle and they decide to retreat. Guan Yu later returns with Zhao Yun (Sugata) after taking a remedy to minimize the effects of the poison to finish the fight against King Duosi. On the Hard-Liner route, Guan Yu instead bruteforces his way through the poison instead of taking the remedy. Upon being defeated, King Duosi is shocked by their capabilities and is knocked out, to which he is captured and brought over to Zhuge Liang (Misako) for questioning. When asked by her on how his loss to the Shu changed his perspective on them, he describes the Shu as being more capable than he thought and is irritated at the thought of them taking over Nanzhong. He states that the area is their land and that he wants nothing more which is why the Lion Association will fight any invaders. Zhuge Liang lets King Duosi go to his surprise with her making it clear that they have no intention on taking over and only wish to form an alliance. King Duosi remains skeptical of the Shu and asks Zhuge Liang if she had considered that he may attack them again, though Guan Yu and Zhao Yun tell him that he is free to come back anytime if he wants to fight. He then leaves without saying anything.
During the ending of the chapter, King Duosi is seen with the rest of the Lion Association in Dianchi to discuss a trade agreement between them and the Shu. He makes it clear that the group has no intention on ever obeying cowards, though they acknowledge the Shu's worth after they had faced the entirety of the Lion Association in battle. On the Hot-Blooded route, King Duosi will partake in the group fight against Guan Yu, Zhao Yun, and Wei Yan. In the fifth chapter, King Duosi is able to be talked to as part of a sidequest. He will offer to improve Red Hare for Guan Yu, though in exchange he asks him to duel him. After being defeated, he is impressed with his skills and hands Guan Yu a part for Red Hare that'll help it reach it's full potential.
