Chinatsu is a third year student at Yurigaoka Girls High School that was first featured in River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~.

River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~[]
This remake of Downtown Nekketsu March Super-Awesome Field Day re-imagines the events of that game. The story takes place after River City: Rival Showdown.
In the story mode, Chinatsu is first seen outside of Reihō Academy talking to Shougo Saji before the second round of the tournament about how great they think Tsuyoshi Gōda is and how they plan on putting in their best effort to beat Nekketsu High School in order to impress Gōda. Following the match, Chinatsu and Saji find Gōda and apologize to him for getting carried away. Gōda brushes the situation off and accepts their apology before leaving, to which Chinatsu and Saji then continue their praises of him. During the ending of the game, Chinatsu and Saji return to the School Union's booth with their teams and offer to help clean up as a further apology to Gōda. Appreciative of the support, Gōda thanks the group which causes them all to pass out.
Chinatsu is the captain of Yurigaoka Girls High School's team and is able to be played outside of the story mode. Chinatsu is able to use the Mach Chop and Nitro Attack.
River City: Rival Showdown[]
Chinatsu is first able to be seen on the second day where she'll be getting harassed by a host on the street. Later in the evening, she will be seen thanking Tsuyoshi Gōda for helping her, to which Gōda shrugs the situation off and offers to wait with her until the person she was waiting for arrives. In disbelief, Chinatsu expresses how grateful she is for the offer, but feels bad for imposing him. Gōda assures that it's not an issue and explains that he's also waiting for somebody, to which Chinatsu then thinks more people should be like him.
River City Melee: Battle Royal Special[]
Chinatsu returns as the captain for Yurigaoka Girls High School's team and is involved in the story mode. Chinatsu is able to use the Mach Chop, Nitro Attack, and the Spin Attack.
River City Melee Mach!![]
Chinatsu would have her moveset changed to instead include the Mach Chop, Screw, and the Spin Attack.
