Chin, full name Chin Taimei (チン・タイメイ), is a guest character from the Double Dragon series first featured in River City Girls 2. In Double Dragon, he is a Kung Fu practitioner and a member of the Black Warriors who joined as a way to fight against strong opponents and to improve his own skills. He initially appeared as a boss in the NES version of Double Dragon, though has since made appearances as a common enemy.

In River City Girls 2, Chin appears as a common enemy. His counterparts are named Li Cheng and Yagyu. Li Cheng is described as being a master of Shaolin Kung-Fu and enjoys collecting rocks and stones. Yagyu is supposedly apart of a secret society of assassins.
