Blade is a localized version of Kinoshita first appearing in the North American & European versions of Downtown Nekketsu Story. In this continuity, Blade is described as being violent and having an intimidating appearance, though his fighting skills aren't very strong. In River City Ransom: Underground, Blade would become the owner of his own dojo.

Blade debuted in the localization of Downtown Nekketsu Story as the replacement for Kinoshita.
River City Ransom EX[]
Blade replaces Kinoshita in the localization of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari EX. Although the name was changed, Blade's sprite remained unchanged from Kinoshita.
River City Ransom: Underground[]
In the present day, Blade appears as a trainer inside of his own dojo past the Grotto Mall. Later in the game, Rocko will mention Blade after he's caught by the protagonists stating that things would've ended differently for them if him and Moose were in town.
