Bald is a character who was first featured in River City: Rival Showdown. He is a regular at the Tiger Hall gym and enjoys training as a way to forget the fatigue of working in an unfamiliar place. He does not have any future plans on returning to his home country. He is training buddies with Knit and Blonde.

River City: Rival Showdown[]
River City: Rival Showdown is a remake of Downtown Nekketsu Story. The game takes place before River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~.
In the main story, Bald is hired by Kiyofumi Taira as backup on the second day to his alternate plan of jumping Riki at Starpark Café. When Kunio unexpectedly intervenes to assist Riki and takes Taira and his goons down, he calls in Bald, Knit and Blonde to attack the two. Upon being defeated, he compliments the two's strength and suggest they come down by the gym. Before leaving, he apologizes to Taira for failing him and once again expresses his interest in wanting to see Kunio at the gym.
In Riki's story, Toraichi will have Riki spar against Bald, Knit and Blonde.
Bald will appear as one of the opponents that Kunio can spar against at the Tiger Gym.
River City Saga: Three Kingdoms[]
Bald plays the role of Song Xian, a general in Lu Bu (Misuzu)'s army.
Song Xian will appear during the finale of the third chapter where he'll be seen as an enemy.
