Andy is a localized version of Ryūji first appearing in the North American & European versions of Downtown Nekketsu Story. In this continuity, Andy and his twin brother Randy remain relatively unchanged in role from their Kunio-kun counterparts.

River City Ransom[]
Andy debuted in the localization of Downtown Nekketsu Story as the replacement for Ryūji.
Under the orders of Slick, Andy and Randy kidnap Ryan's girlfriend Cyndi and hold her captive on the top floor of River City High. The two are first mentioned by Roxy when she meets Alex and Ryan to inform them of who Cyndi's kidnappers are and where she's currently being held. She warns Alex and Ryan of their immense strength and that they'll need to be prepared in order to take them on. The twins are later mentioned after Otis is defeated, where he will then mention that they're currently upstairs in the school. Upon defeating Tex, he will warn Alex and Ryan that even though they managed to beat him, they won't have any chance against the twins.
On the top floor of River City High, the twins will appear upon clearing out the enemies and will briefly introduce themselves before they fight Alex and Ryan. Upon being defeated, they admit defeat and compliment Alex and Ryan's strength. They then mention that they'll find Slick on the roof.
River City Ransom EX[]
Andy replaces Ryūji in the localization of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari EX. Although the name was changed, Andy's sprite remained unchanged from Ryūji.
River City Ransom: Underground[]
Andy and Randy appear as their past selves during the prologue of the game as the game retells the events of River City Ransom. The two are not seen in the present timeline.
